Do I need to sign in or install anything?
No. Paste a share link into the box and parse it right in the browser. Signing in is never required, and the Chrome extension and Shortcut are optional conveniences, not prerequisites.
Are the downloads watermark-free and full quality?
Yes. The parser reads the original media addresses from the note, so photos and videos are saved at the quality the author uploaded, without the Xiaohongshu watermark burned in by the app.
Why did parsing fail?
Most failures come from an expired share link, a note that has been deleted or made private, or a link that points somewhere other than a note. Re-copy the link from the app and try again; if it still fails, the note is probably no longer public.
Which link formats are supported?
Short links (xhslink.com/...), full note URLs (xiaohongshu.com/explore/...), and the whole share text copied from the app all work. When you paste the full text, the link is extracted automatically.
How do I copy a Xiaohongshu (RedNote) share link?
In the app, open the note, tap the Share button in the top-right corner, then choose Copy Link. On the website, copy the note URL from the address bar.
How do I download a Xiaohongshu (XHS) video without watermark?
Copy the share link of the video note in the app, paste it into the box above, and click "Parse link". You get the original video file without the watermark, which you can preview before downloading. With the Chrome/Edge extension installed, you can also open the video note page and click the extension icon to download it directly.
The Shortcut says it cannot connect to the server. What should I do?
The download endpoint changed in September 2026, so Shortcuts installed before that can no longer reach the server. Tap "Get Shortcut" on this page to add the latest version. If it still fails, paste the link on this page to parse and download it in the browser.
Does it work on both phone and computer?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Mac, or Windows. On desktop the Chrome/Edge extension adds a download button to note pages, and on Apple devices the Shortcut saves images straight to Photos.
Is it free?
Yes. It is completely free with no ads, no sign-up, and no download limits.
Can I use the downloaded files however I like?
The files stay yours to keep for personal use, but the copyright belongs to the original author. Get permission before reposting or using anything commercially.
